Nicotine vape products

Federal law restricts nicotine vape sales to adults 21 and over. Florida enforces the same age limit and added a state-level nicotine vape registry in HB 1006. Authorized retailers like our Coral Springs store comply with all registry requirements. Most flavored disposable products remain available for adult purchase, although flavor restrictions are revisited periodically.

Hemp-derived cannabinoids

Hemp-derived Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10, HHC, THC-P, THCA, and similar cannabinoids that meet the federal 0.3 percent Delta-9 threshold by dry weight are currently legal in Florida for adults 21 and over. The state has considered tighter restrictions in recent legislative sessions. We monitor every bill and adjust inventory as laws change.

Kratom

Kratom is legal for adults in most of Florida, including Coral Springs and Broward County. Sarasota County restricts kratom. The Kratom Consumer Protection Act has been introduced multiple times to set state-level standards but has not yet passed. Buy from vendors with full lab panels.
